ONOC

The Oceania National Olympic Committee (ONOC), is one of five Continental Olympic bodies, looking after the interests of 17 member nations from the Pacific Region, including Australia and New Zealand.  Oceania sport is transforming to become truly inclusive as the partnership between the Oceania National Olympic Committees (ONOC) and the Oceania Paralympic Committee (OPC) inspires new commitments from both parties.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between OPC and ONOC.

Regional Sports Organisations

Regional Sports Organisations (RSOs) in Oceania play a vital role in strengthening sport across the region by uniting national and regional bodies, fostering participation, and supporting athlete pathways from community to elite levels.

Griffith University 

Griffith University is a leading Australian public research institution known for innovation, social impact, and high‑quality teaching, consistently ranking in the top 2% of universities worldwide.
The university is recognised for impactful research, inclusive values, and strong industry connections.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between OPC and Griffith University.  

Both organisations seek to work together to build international relations and partnership, visibility, reputation & branding, and research & innovation. It  also includes education and training, advocacy and community engagement and participation.
